1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jilocc website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at jilocc.cam.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon successful completion of the jilocc registration process.
• "Player Funds" means any real-money balance held in a Player's jilocc account, including deposited amounts and confirmed winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional balance credited to a Player's account as part of a bonus, reward, or promotional offer. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and supervises jilocc's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, conducted in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or jilocc policy.
• "Session" means a period of continuous use of the Platform between login and logout by a registered Player.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By creating a jilocc account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the jilocc Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2.2 jilocc reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, jilocc will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email to the registered address on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

2.3 Your continued use of the jilocc Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting jilocc support.

2.4 These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. The current version is 3.1. Previous versions are available from jilocc support upon request.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and use jilocc, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or currently located in the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are not accessing jilocc from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of jilocc, its affiliated entities, or any of its licensed game providers;
• You are not self-excluded from jilocc or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform;
• You are not on any exclusion, barring, or prohibition list maintained by PAGCOR or any applicable gaming authority.

3.2 jilocc reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle and to suspend or terminate any account that fails to meet the eligibility criteria stated herein.

4 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 To access the full range of jilocc services, you must create a registered account by completing the jilocc registration process accurately and in full.

4.2 You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Each individual may hold only one (1) jilocc account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances pending investigation.

4.4 jilocc will conduct KYC verification in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identity documents:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID / PhilSys Card
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine Passport
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

4.5 jilocc reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or supplementary identity documents, as required by PAGCOR regulations or applicable anti-money laundering laws.

4.6 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. jilocc is not liable for any delay in withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to provide timely and accurate verification documentation.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jilocc login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 jilocc will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from jilocc that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jilocc support immediately.

5.3 You agree to notify jilocc immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security. jilocc will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification, including temporary suspension pending investigation.

5.4 jilocc shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or from your sharing of credentials with third parties.

5.5 jilocc strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. With 2FA active, a one-time passcode will be required in addition to your password upon each login from an unrecognized device.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

jilocc accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Internet Banking, 7-Eleven (via DragonPay), USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. jilocc does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the jilocc account dashboard. jilocc will process withdrawal requests to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active fraud flags on the account.

Processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: 5–15 minutes under normal conditions
• BPI and BDO bank transfers: Same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 Philippine Standard Time
• USDT and Coins.ph: Within one (1) blockchain confirmation or 30 minutes, whichever is sooner

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. jilocc does not charge withdrawal fees. Network fees applicable to USDT transactions are deducted from the withdrawal amount by the respective blockchain network, not by jilocc.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jilocc is required to comply with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and all related PAGCOR directives. jilocc reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal that triggers an AML review, and to file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally required. Players may be required to provide source of funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 jilocc offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, which supplement these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

7.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Player Funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). Wagering requirements applicable to each offer are displayed clearly on the promotion page prior to opt-in.

7.3 jilocc reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus funds where jilocc has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is exploiting, abusing, or circumventing the bonus system. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: wagering only on high-RTP games to meet requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.

7.4 Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, bonuses are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash in isolation, and may not be combined with other simultaneous bonus offers.

7.5 Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the stated bonus validity period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.

8 Gaming Rules

8.1 Each game available on the jilocc Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

8.2 All bets are final once confirmed. jilocc does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed bets except where a verifiable technical error on jilocc's part has directly affected the outcome of the bet.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that disrupts a gaming session, jilocc will investigate the incident and apply the following remediation approach:

• If a bet was placed and the round was not completed due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to the Player's account;
• If a round was completed and the result was verifiably recorded before any technical disruption, the recorded result stands;
• jilocc's decision on technical error claims is final, subject to escalation to PAGCOR where the Player disputes the outcome.

8.4 Live dealer game results — as determined by the physical cards dealt, the roulette wheel spin, or the dice roll — are final and binding. No claims arising from a Player's alleged misinterpretation of the outcome will be considered.

8.5 jilocc's random number generators (RNGs) used in digital games are independently certified and regularly audited. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilocc Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain a systematic advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any discovered bugs must be reported to jilocc support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live poker or other competitive games;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your jilocc account;
• Using the jilocc Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other IP obfuscation method;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jilocc staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform;
• Placing bets with the primary intention of satisfying bonus wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, as determined by jilocc at its sole discretion.

9.2 jilocc reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take immediate action including account suspension, fund freezing, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 jilocc is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. The following tools are available to all registered Players from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend gaming activity for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is active, jilocc will cease sending promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion, and the account will be inaccessible for gaming purposes.

10.3 jilocc strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years. Players who become aware that a minor may have accessed the jilocc Platform are requested to report this to jilocc support immediately.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the jilocc Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, layout, and design — is the intellectual property of jilocc or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

11.3 The jilocc name, logo, and all associated marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of jilocc. Unauthorized use of jilocc's trademarks is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilocc shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability.

12.2 jilocc's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

12.3 jilocc does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilocc will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government action.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jilocc's liability for death or personal injury caused by jilocc's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 jilocc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request;
• The Player's account being subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory direction;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player;
• jilocc's decision to withdraw services from a particular market or jurisdiction.

13.2 Upon account termination for breach, jilocc reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Verified Player Funds (real-money deposits and confirmed winnings not derived from abusive conduct) will be returned to the verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

13.3 A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jilocc support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Player Funds will be returned to the verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and jilocc, the Player should first contact jilocc's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jilocc will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilocc's internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent licensing authority. jilocc is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures and will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-directed investigation.

14.4 The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the procedures set out in clauses 14.2 and 14.3.
