Our hosting providers have access to server-level data as part of providing infrastructure services but are contractually bound by strict data processing agreements and are prohibited from accessing or using player data for their own purposes.

6.6 Game Content Providers

Certified game providers whose titles are available on jilocc — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili Games, Habanero, and Evolution Gaming — receive anonymized session and transaction data necessary for game operation, RNG auditing, and regulatory compliance. 7 Data Security

7.3 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to adversely affect your rights and freedoms, jilocc will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players without undue delay, as required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules.

7.4 While jilocc employs robust security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You also play an important role in protecting your account by using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication.

8 Data Retention

8.1 jilocc retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. The following retention periods apply to different categories of data:

You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. jilocc will provide this data in CSV or JSON format upon request. This right applies to data you have provided directly to jilocc that is processed on the basis of consent or contract.

You may also object to processing carried out on the basis of jilocc's legitimate interests, though jilocc may continue such processing if it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.

11.2 Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jilocc ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that provided under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. 12.1 jilocc strictly prohibits access to or use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21. jilocc does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals who are under the age of 21.

12.2 jilocc's registration process includes mandatory age verification, and KYC procedures are designed to detect underage registration attempts. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, and any funds associated with the account will be returned to the verified payment source following an investigation.
